'I'm no fashion slave'
Kimberly Walsh firmly believes in keeping to her personal style and flat out refuses to become a slave to fashion.
The curvaceous singer says that she has learnt what suits her best.
"I always try to focus on my figure and what's going to look better on my shape, rather than trying to be a slave to fashion and going along with trends regardless," she told head magazine.
She explains that focusing on your personal assets and drawing attention away from those areas of your body you don't like is the best way to dress.
The 29-year-old Girls Aloud star believes that every girl should focus on the best parts of her own body and dress to accentuate these because this helps to built up our self-confidence.
"Everybody's got something that's great, so focus on that instead of the negatives."
She feels that following a role model with a similar body shape to yours is far better than trying to look like a supermodel and failing.
